Volunteer With Us!
We are asking for your help by volunteering at our annual fundraiser. We are now in the planning stages of producing the next LAUNCH event that kicks off Pride weekend with four hours of open bar, amazing chef’s tables, great entertainment, and a silent auction.
The Rob Benzon Foundation mission is to give unexpected help and hope to people in need due to an expected crisis, not of their own making. We have a particular focus on children, seniors, and the LGBT community but we help anyone who qualifies. We are a 100% volunteer organization and are proud of the fact that 100% of the funds raised from ticket sales at our annual fundraiser are used to help needy recipients all year long.

Volunteer areas where you can help…
Day Before and Day of the Event Set-up:
- Food pick-up
- Tables, chairs, etc. set-up
- Silent Auction set-up
Front Door/Reception:
- Greet the guests
- Reception and guest check-in
- Answer questions
- Hand out name tags
Silent Auction:
- Silent Auction set-up
- Monitor auction items & bid sheets
- Encourage guests to bid
- Answer questions
- Help with Silent Auction check-out
- Assist with monetary transactions
- Auction item delivery (post-party)
Breakdown:
- Break down tables, chairs, etc.
- Clean up
