Our volunteer application is primarily focused on our upcoming LAUNCH event for this summer. If you’d like to volunteer outside our LAUNCH event, please fill out the top half of the form below. If you wish to volunteer specifically for our upcoming LAUNCH event, please continue to fill out the entire form below. Please note when volunteering for our upcoming LAUNCH event, we prefer a minimum volunteer commitment of 3 HOURS*, but by all means, please sign up for more if you’d like!

Benefits of Being a LAUNCH Volunteer:

If you volunteer 3 or more hours, you will be rewarded with a FREE General Admission ticket to the LAUNCH event. You may sign up for less than 3 hours, however you will not be eligible to receive a FREE General Admission ticket to the LAUNCH event. Also don’t forget the GOOD KARMA!

    Pre-event tasks:

    Day before event: Food pick-up, tables, chairs, general set-up, silent auction set-up

    Morning of Event: Food pick-up, Tables, chairs, general set-up, silent auction set-up

    Event tasks (during event):

    Front Door: Greet the guests, Reception and guest check-in, Answer questions, Hand out name tags, etc.

    Silent Auction: Silent Auction set-up, Monitor auction items & bid sheets, Encourage guests to bid, Answer questions, Help with Silent Auction check-out, Assist with monetary transactions, Auction item delivery (post-party).

    Event Breakdown: Break down tables, chairs, remove signs, etc., Clean up.
